New construction of the 3920 Building in College Park, FL. The 7,593 square foot 1950s modern design will be home to Terra Firma's corporate office. Terra Firma will share the building with award winning architectural firm Nasrallah Design Group.

New construction of A+ Tutor U in College Park, FL. The 3171 Square foot commercial building will house the popular after school tutoring program for children.

Complete Renovation of the Risk Transfer Office to be located in the Historical District at 219 Livingston Street in Orlando, FL.

New construction of a two story, 1000 sq. ft. garage at Moselle Manor Apartment Complex.
